Tata Motors (Thailand) Co Ltd today opened a new state-of-the-art customer care and after sales service facility - the Tata Experience Centre - to reinforce Tata’s commitment in providing consumers with the best possible ownership experience provided directly by Tata Motors Thailand.
The new facility is situated within the Tata Technical Centre grounds in Samrong, Samut Prakan. The technical and training centre of Tata Motors Thailand in itself will help compliment the Tata Experience Centre to help provide service and care to customers around the Samut Prakarn province and vicinity. It will be the only Tata centre that will be dedicated for service and will not have a sales facility within, said the company.
"The introduction of the Tata Experience Center is an important milestone for the company, in terms of investment and commitment towards after sales service," said Sanjay Mishra, chief executive officer, Tata Motors (Thailand).
He added that the new facility will actively improve customer care and after sales service for customers.
"In addition, this will help strengthen our commitment in developing our service standards further and truly demonstrate that we are bringing our global Tata vehicles experience to Thailand. The Tata Experience Center is a meaningful contribution that will help drive the tremendous potential and opportunity for our dealers to adapt in their showroom and workshop. The new facility will be a key model in providing a model in providing standardized service and customer care.
" Tata Experience Centre has the capacity of servicing more than 6,000 vehicles per year. In its initial stages, a team of 10 experienced technicians will be assigned to perform both repair and maintenance of vehicles from 10-service bays and 2-service bays for heavy duty trucks. A customer lounge area is available to keep both comfort and convenience for those waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.
