@AnubisEye009, It's a scientific fact that our brains have certain neural oscillation patterns called Brain waves which help function certain parts of the brain. The more linear and slow the oscillation is, the more relaxed you will become cognitively. The more exponential and quick the oscillation is, the more mentally quick you will be. Our brains emit certain types of waves, which affect the way our brain cells send neurotransmitters. So listening to this will train your brain.
