3.3.2 The confirmation of employment after the probation period is dependent on the employee’s work performance and ability to adapt to the corporate environment. The probation period can be extended at the Company’s discretion of up to another three (3) months if deemed necessary.
3.4 Notice Period
3.4.1 Employment with the Company can be terminated by the Company or the employee by giving the required length of notice in writing or payment of salary in lieu of notice.
