1. DNA Extraction
The positive control sample group are such as pork and dog skin. The negative control group are such as chicken meat. DNA extraction is carried out by weighing 5 milligram of meat, putting 20 microlitre of proteinase K and 180 microliter of Lysis Buffer solution and incubate them at 55 celsius for half an hour. Then, put in solution to dilute the sample with 180 microliter of Lysis Buffer and incubate them at 70 celsius for 10 minutes. Then, put the solution in Column and rinse with 750 microliter of Washing Buffer. Then, elute DNA with 200 microliter of Elution Buffer.
