You may feel angry and stressed, you may even be considering separation. It’s important to make an effort to manage your reactions to these difficulties in order to reduce the amount of open conflict. You might have a friend in whom you can confide. It might be worth consulting a therapist to deal with your own emotions and to improve coping.
