Develop, implement employee training and development activities, including self-learning materials in accordance to annual activity plan (including in-house program, external/public program, or ad hoc) and then applies appropriate follow up action to assure its effectiveness against work procedure and work instruction.
Develop company Position Training Needs (PTN) and training template to assure the positions knowledge and skill needs are up to date and implemented according to company training and development policy and also covering to concerned quality management system requirement; GMP, HACCP, ISO, Food Safety.
Monitor and update the status of company training and development activities in term of plan vs actual by at least monthly basis and provide some recommendation or advise, if needed
Advise and collaborate all concerned to assure the training programs or activities are executed according to company policy and its procedure.
Coordinate, assist, and execute company organization development (OD) program together with effective internal communication tools to assure the activity is implemented as plan and align to corporate vision, mission, and values.
Responsible for employee training and development database (HRIS-PISWIN Training Module) to assure it’s reliability, especially as a sources of information for training and development activities planning.
Responsible for company employee training activity as required by Department of Skills Development, and also ensure company optimization on tax exemption.
