As this seems to be a recurring problem raised repeatedly every alternate days and the Customer is getting very impatient, we are suggesting a test plan to try discover any potential errors. One of the test plan suggested is to use traceroute towards various destinations and different IPs to discover any error at the network segment. We will also provide you with a few other IPs to test towards as well, and I suggest we conduct this testing over a period of 3 days at each 3 hours interval to monitor for stability.
