is he using the same email account as you to make an Interpals account? :^)
If so, it won't allow this, he needs an email account of his own (easy enough to set up)
HOWEVER!
If this is not the case and he has his own email account but is using your computer to make another Interpals account I would say that this is probably a new safety measure (and a good one! :idea that the admin team has employed to counter the number of accounts any one user can have from one computer/IP address.
There have been numerous scamming problems in the past of people having many, many Interpals accounts by simply creating a new email account for each.
I can see that limiting the number of accounts that a user can create from a particular PC/IP address on a daily basis would be a good way to combat this.
That's my two pennies worth but I'll wait for one of the admin team to confim or deny this.....or not!
- Clear all the browser's history files.
- Try a different browser.
- Try a different computer.
- Wait 24 hours and try again.
- Wait for someone who knows how Interpals works better than I do
