The inclusion constant (K) of calixarene (CADH) and quencher
(ST) could be obtained by Benesi–Hildebrand [23] and double logarithm
plot method [22].
The expression of Benesi–Hildebrand method was given by Eq.
(3) [23], where [CADH]0 was the total concentration of CADH, F
was the fluorescence quenching value and ˛ was a constant. Thus,
the inclusion constant (K) of the 1:1 inclusion complex, which had
been calculated by dividing the intercept by the slope of the double
reciprocal plot.
