Customer Consultant
Responsibilities:
Perform order taking process and able to deliver products to customers effectively.
Follow up payment , arrange shipment and well co-ordinate with related cross functional team.
Ensure good service to customers and handle day to day operation efficiently.
Provide immediate response to customer problem and able to take action or follow up with appropriate solutions.
Performs related work as per assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in many field ( GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate).
Have experience related with international trading will be an advantage
Thai nationality only
Excellent in communication and problem solving
Effective Communication in Both Thai and English (TOEIC 550)
