As per Customer concern when we placed our booking to shipping agent with copy to you on 22.09.2013 why you did not contact with the Damco from your side ? We think you should also contact with shipping agent to justify or to get actual information regarding all details as per your Customer requirement as soon as you get our Booking information. If it is followed by you also then we think such type of gap would not be caused/happened. From your side you should also take share to work with shipping agent to avoide any gaping. Any way now the goods in agents Warehouse. Customer told in their E-mail that they will modify delivery date. This is not clear to us please explain. Now please solve the problem.
