Our project study on Operations management International, Inc. which recieves the MBNQA in service company category. The Operations Management Inter-national, Inc. OMI’s water and wastewater system optimization; contract O&M of water, wastewater and other utilities; and complete municipal operations, including administration, public works and community development , OMI runs more than 170 wastewater and drinking water treatment facilities in 29 states and eight other nations. Nearly 95 percent of OMI’s customers are U.S. cities, counties, and other public entities that have outsourced the operation and maintenance of their plants. The remainders are industrial and international customer. This report we will study deeply about the operation of company and analyze the implement that the company uses the Malcolm Baldrige framework for self-assessment and improve their organization.
