I am writing this email to inform you in regards of our approval target in 2015, which has been set at 4,000 new donors. As per our discussion and progress updates during bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting, we would like to notify you that our estimated approval achievements this year would be 3,500 approvals, which is equivalent to 86% (fluctuation 2%) of the 2015 target.
As per our quarterly meeting discussion, this year performance has been up and down across the year. During Q3 we had high hope from the upward trend that we could be able to end the year hitting the target. Unfortunately, we were hit by different incidents in Bangkok (bombing at Rachapasong, for example) and carried on to Q4 with the owner of marketing office unforeseen situation. As a consequence, the target couldn’t have been reached as we expected.
We would like to ensure you that APPCO honors SOS’s target and, to the best of our endeavor, try to make sure that we achieve those goal. For 2016, we have identified key aspects which we believe could help us increase the performance to hit the target of 4,000 approvals. Some of the main focuses are 1. stopper items, 2. new design on materials ( revamping pitch card and fast fact sheet) 3. more effective sites and 4. your support on training. I will keep your updated on our progress of these developments.
Once again, kindly be assured that APPCO is committed to the target and we believe that the abovementioned 4 key strategic points will bring us back to the APPCO high performance standard in year 2016!
