The aim of the present
study was to investigate the effects of a reduction in
dietary CP and of fat addition on performance and
feeding behavior of lactating sows and on milk production
and litter performance at high ambient temperature.
Results on lactation performance of sows have
been reported by Renaudeau et al. (2001). This paper
deals with the effects of high ambient temperature
and diet composition on milk production and piglet
performance.
