Job Descriptions:
Develop new marketing initiatives and campaigns supporting the growth of equities group based on customers understanding and insight
Ensure customers experience is up to the agreed aspiration by develop/enhance products, infrastructure and sales process to match with customers' needs
Identify and tie up new partnerships for the purposes of promotions and related marketing activities
Manage and leverage a strategic end-to-end SCB branch acquisition program to expand customers base and ultimately increase SCBS market share
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Marketing, Business Management or any fields
Minimum 3 years, relevant experience in fast moving consumer goods, Banking (Affluent, High Network, Corporate), Securities business is preferred
Excellent Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
Good communication skills both oral and written
Expertise in Presentation and Negotiation skill
