• The Borrower procures that Tesco Lotus, or any other person as approved in writing by the Lender (such approval not to be unreasonably withhold), is appointed as the Property Manager to manage the Properties of the Borrower

• The amount of Loan to Net Asset Value will not be greater than the limit prescribed by applicable laws and regulations
