CaramelCrisp and any of their affiliates (collectively, the ‘Company”) considers all non-public and all
proprietary information about the Company, its property, its operations and its employees to be
confidential (“Confidential lnformation").
Examples of Confidential Information are ingredients, receipts, cooking proceduresl processes and
equipment, financial information, trade dress and store design, marketing strategies, pending projects and
proposals, property production and process, customer information and preferences, information about
current or former employees.
Confidential Information also includes but not limited to any know how, recipes or techniques developed
or learned by any employee for the Company during his or her employment with the Company.
All Confidential Information is and shall be the sole property of the Company. Maintaining the
confidentiality of this information is essential to the Company's success and a condition of employment
with the Company.
Employees must hold Confidential Information in strict confidence and not use or disclose it or permit
others to do so except as required in the performance of their duties with the Company or by court order.
Keeping Confidential Information confidential includes not only not disclosing it to or discussing it with
anyone outside the Company but also not doing so within the Company with anyone who does not have a
need to know it.
The employee may not use the Confidential Information after leaving the Company.
In the event of any breaches in this Agreement, the Company has the right to dismiss the employee and
pursue any and all remedies available to the Company at law and equity.
By signing and returning to the Company this copy of the Company’s Confidentiality! Non-disclosure
Policy, I acknowledge that I have received, read and understand it and agree to its terms.
