Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team and relevant functions as well as the customers with regard to administration, secretarial work, purchasing and expenditure.
Support Department Manager for secretarial work and Sales team in term of sales coordinator.
Prepare relevant reports e.g. sales report, expense report, etc.
Hand correspondence and follow up all requested information to ensure adequate response to all queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
At least 2 years experiences in Sales Coordinating, Customer Services, or related fields
Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and computer literacy
