Put the operating mechanism and the OT Lever in the closed position. Note,the OT Lever is pointed 180 away from the Drive Phase Clevis in the closed position.See Figure 13. Attach the VOP Clamp to the Thrust Bearing Assembly and tighten the U-Clamps to the Vertical Operating Pipe. Tighten the Piercing Screws and pierce the pipe.
