The Second is a cultural aspect which corresponds to particular characteristics of individuals, tribes, or groups. At first glance, a cultural aspect seems irrational. However if it is matched with the values, styles, or rules of a group, persuading the people in the group will be easy. Also, it can be said that the cultural aspect is often appropriate to the objective of the group.
Before discussing the main issue of this article, which is the examination of this Cultural aspect of leadership, we shall in the next section briefly discuss a rational aspect of leadership.
