patterns of as-prepared Ni-P, NiCo2O4and
Ni-P@NiCo2O4 composite materials. As for the Ni-P, a typical
multiphase characteristics has been demonstrated. Of which, the
peaks at 40.5, 44.2 and 71.5 can be assigned to the (111), (200)
and (311) crystal planes of the Ni2P phase (PDF 74–1385)
respectively; the peaks at 28.2, 60.5 and 37.8 indicate the
Ni12P5phase (PDF 74–1381); the peaks at 51.7 and 76.3
might be the (200) and (220) reflections of the Ni phase (PDF 65–0380); and
the peak at 19.9 could be attributed to the Ni2P2O7phase (PDF
39–0710). As for the NiCo2O4, the resultant reflections are
corroborate well with the standard patterns for cubic spinel
NiCo2O4phase (PDF 20–0781). As for the Ni-P@NiCo2O4composite
