The inter-laboratory study was conducted in 2 rounds. In the first round, three samples namely light coconut milk (1), coconut cream (1) and coconut milk powder (1) were analyzed in duplicate. Both results were reported. In the second round, the participants received 8 samples which were 4 pairs of blind duplicates. They were requested to report a single result for each sample.
