Job descriptions:
1. To serve as an inbound call primary contact person for customers as well as sales representatives, business partners and prospects for enquiries, service requests and problem solving of day-to-day business.
2. To handle simple discrepancies and clarifications in transaction with a level of service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
3. To coordinate with other departments for service requirements required.
4. To provide administrative assistant and support Contact Center Department.
5. Performs tasks regarding policy retention to meet with the department KPI
6. Generate statistical report and administrative work needed
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality,
• Male or Female age above 25 years
• University Graduate in any fields
• At least 1-2 years experienced in customer service or call center and preferable experience background in service industry or telesales.
• Handling customer inbound/ outbound calls.
• Positive attitude and have a good services mind.
• Good administrative skills and able to work accurately and efficiently in a high pressure environment
• Good communication skills
• Good skills in MS. Office
