In my understanding for these case,
・ You have to change them all because the Reach stacker reached 2,000 working hours.
→Maintenance check by supplier first.
If found abnormal part, we should order new one for replacement.
・who sets this plan?
→PM schedule is set by vendor(or Kalnmar)'s recommendation.
・are there any changes of the plan after we change the vendor to CSS?
→No need because detail of PM is set by Yusen and all vendor follow our this requirement,
