Figure 3 indicates that the UCLA experimental group
was somewhat able to access objects through use of
the tag cloud while the Inukshuk groupwas disoriented by the
tags and disabled from accessing objects via the experimental
interface. This is likely because the current tags are
drawn from specialist museum metadata present in the Cambridge
online catalog, meaning that a tag-based interface not
built around locally relevant categories and ontologies would
further alienate distant communities of users
