5. Are the rusty stain appeared inside the enclosure able to be clean off ? Please advise method to clean off .
Yes. Using a light grade sandpaper, you should be able to sand the rust off. The rust stains are not of the enclosure and should be from either contamination from steel particles or the oxidizing of the terminal screws
