At the 4-y follow-up, the BMI in the management group
increased by 0.5 _ 0.4 (mean _ SD), in contrast to a decrease of 0.5 _ 0.3 in the control group. This difference was statistically significant (difference of 1.0, 95% CI 0.3–1.9, P _ .001) (see Table 5). The BMI increased significantly in all subgroups of the health management group, whereas the scores decreased significantly in all subgroups of the control group (see Table 6).
