Transhotel has entered a voluntary administration period as it seeks a buyer to resolve cash flow issues. Gateway has already experienced issues with hotels that no longer honour Transhotel bookings.
Gateway is currently making sure to find the best possible solution for your customers.
We have switched off Transhotel for search and book in Gateway2Travel.
However, you still have the possibility to modify or cancel any Transhotel bookings that have already been made in Gateway2Travel.
The Gateway Service Desk is currently checking all Transhotel hotel bookings for which guests are already in house as well as for check-ins in the next few days.
We will update you shortly on further actions regarding all existing bookings.
