The efficacies of postharvest treatments using DGA14 and
inorganic salt treatments applied alone or in various combinations
were evaluated. Five banana hands consisting of 10e13 fruits per
hand were dipped for 30 min in a plastic pail containing a 10.0 l
solution of the following treatments: (1) DGA14, (2) SC, (3) SBC, (4)
SH, (5) DGA14þSC, (6) DGA14þSBC, (7) DGA14þSH, (8) Mancozeb (2.5 g l

), and (9) distilled water. The concentration of
