We have checked with end customer (K.Suthinee +668-2783735) that there wasn’t any maintenance at end customer site.
And end customer able to checking the root cause on business hours.
Then, we have rechecked with LSP again they found the alarm indicates that no power is supplying the equipment. The power outage might be the cause.
And power resumed for circuit restoration as mentioned time.
However, we will keep monitor the circuit closely.
