In view of this, CPRV has quoted to have a 1 man-day effort to tie up the files at $800. If this is agreeable we will take on this development cost and allocate it back to TH CRM cost.
Pls advise if you are good to go ahead with this. It is strongly recommended as I see there have been quite a few cases of customer queries about their membership / voucher allocation.
Ideally we want to really give the consumers a good experience instead.
