You set your coffee on the small glass table, walking up to the gold, swirling railing that went up past you waist, and leaned on it. You closed your eyes as the breeze danced in the air, brushing a loose strand of hair out of your face. Or you thought that was the wind.
You felt two arms slowly wrap around your torso. Despite the warmth from the golden sunlight hitting your skin, Loki could always work every system, including your own body. He leaned down and lightly pressed his lips on your neck, his hot breath sending shivers through every square inch of your body.
“Morning, love.” He said softly into the crook of your neck. You spun around and cupped his cheek before crashing your lips into his. You never let a kiss go to waste. You didn’t want to ever kiss someone just to do it, you wanted each and every kiss to mean something. You wanted each one to show that words could no longer describe your feelings; and you held true to that.
You finally pulled away and Loki had a smirk on his lips.
“Morning, Loki.” You said with a smile. You turned around again to watch the sunrise, Loki content by your side. It stayed like that for a good minute. Comfortable silence. You picked up your mug to take a sip or your coffee before it got too cold, but Loki smoothly took it right out of your hands, drinking some for himself.
“Hey!” You tried to reach for the mug, and when you grabbed hold of it some of the warm liquid spilled out of the cup and onto the balcony floor.
“Now look at what you did.” Loki said with a chuckle.
“What I did?” You said, pointing at yourself.
“Oh no” Loki mumbled as he set the mug down on the table.
