The local site have experienced 2 flaps last night and this morning. Please kindly provide update what action have been done by local field engineer yesterday. As requested before, your FE should bring a new modem for replacement. Would you please kindly advise if the modem have been replaced? Also, would you please kindly provide the speed/duplex setting at modem facing CE router? Thank you.
In addition, please advise if there is any test plan from your side. And please ask your FE to bring a new modem for on-site replacement.
