Note that in the below case there has been a breach of our routines as we are to receive payment from the contracted agent no less than 7 days prior to guests arrival (unless the agent has an agreement with us for credit).
It is the duty of both ACC and FO to follow up on payments. If payment has not been received as per agreement for any upcoming arrival GM is to be notified immediately for urgent follow up by me. In the below case i was not notified until 2 days prior to guest departure
