Freshly pressed in-house ‘Wonderful’ fruit juice (lot F) was ultrafiltered and pasteurized (per above) and added to a 1-L round bottom flask, connected to a Rotavapor (Buchi R-215, Flawil, Switzerland) and a vacuum pulled to 72 mbar. The flask was gently heated in a warm water bath at 40 °C, rotated at 65 rpm and allowed to run overnight
