What she did say is only partialky cirrect, before the situation was like this:
- If BGI did buy machines from us per year with a total price over 600,000.00 USD, then they did get the Spare Parts Discount. The discount for the Spare Parts was based on the Spare Parts Volume.
Since BGI almost did not order any machines from us and the turnover for new machines was very low, I did talk to management already 2 years ago.
I did convince management then that we would offer the following:
- If BGI would sign-up for Service Contracts with us, I would be allowed to give them again the Spare Parts Discount again even if they do not spend money on new machines with us.
