As per email from Khun Somboon below and what he discussed with few days ago, the requirements are...
1. To revisit all the product BOM in order to cut fat of BOM in each product
2. Shall we apply the new developed (as per attached in email from K.Sanan) into the current BOM of Mackerel & Sardine Product to see what the cost will be saved.
3. Make a comparison between current & new BOM of Mackerel & Sardine
4. We will discuss internally then present to K.Somboon before call a meeting with K.VCT., L. WI, K.UL and all other related parties.
Please do a simulation worksheet of current & new propose BOM and we will have a discussion on 1/7 at factory at 2.30pm.
In addition we will discuss regarding to the new accounting treatment of...
a. all variances (PPV, SPS, SOV --> accounting treatment).
b. report of SOVmatching to management reports
c. the headcount report & cost & minute, category of headcount.
