This full day tour allows you to absorb many of the outstanding highlights of Bangkok, with a minimum of walking. Boarding your coach, you'll first pass through vibrant Chinatown with its remnants of colonial architecture and narrow alleyways packed with shops selling precious gold and local delicacies. Your route then takes you past the Royal Parks and the massive Democracy Monument, dedicated to the ideals that led to Thailand's changeover to a democratic monarchy in 1932. Proceeding on, you'll travel by the extensive Grand Palace grounds, the National Museum compound, the Sacred City Pillar and the extravagant Wat Po, the oldest temple in Bangkok. Before stopping for lunch, you'll also view the towering Wat Arun - the Temple of the Dawn.
