to get to my level of bodyfat you need to be extremely strict with your diet and is not health for the average person.. I am only this lean because I am about to compete in a competition. If you want to lose bodyfat you need to clean up your diet and eat a lot of whole, healthy food such as vegetables, complex carbohydrates (brown rice, sweet potato, wholemeal breads) and lean meats (chicken breast, egg whites, lean steak, white fish).
