The Company and the Employee agree that for the period of 119 days commencing from the Effective Date, the Employee’s employment shall be considered on a probationary basis (“Probationary Period”), during which the Company may terminate this Agreement with the Employee and the Company is, upon termination of this Agreement, not required to pay severance to the Employees. The Company may but is not obligated to review the Employee’s salary upon passing of Probationary Period. The company has the right to extend the probation period until the company agrees to confirm the passing probation period by the letter.
