Supplier Responsibilities
(1.) Review this document to ensure all requirements are clearly understood.
(2.) Local supplier is responsible for product and packaging quality form production site to AAT
receiving until AAT operation process.
(3.) All packaging must be developed by referring with the logistics guidelines, safety requirements and
supporting Mfg’s equipment.
(4.) Packaging design must protect the product, be ergonomic for users, and meet lowest total cost
requirements.
(5.) Packaging concerning safety requirement must follow the regulation of safety.
(6.) Returnable packaging designed, owned, and provided by the supplier must be approved by AAT
before shipments. The supplier's name and the container identification must be visible cleared on each
returnable container.
(7.) To changing a confirmed packing specification, the supplier must submit a new proposal of
packaging and shipping specification for approval, one month in advance of the proposed changing to
AAT Logistics.
(8.) Provide a sample production intent container, with full part quantity of as packaging proposal, for
approval when was requested.
(9.) Supplier should clean returnable packaging, including inside packaging every time after returned
from AAT.
(10.) Suppliers shall keep containers in order to control inventory conveniently, maintains cleanliness
and protect containers from excessive environmental exposure.
(11.) Removed all one-time shipment labels on returnable containers.
