Job Scopes
•Responsible for activities as per assigned accounts.
•Ensure adherence to corporate, regional and area specific standard to achieve customer requirement, instructions and SOPs.
•Call forward coordination and service decisions that meet customer requirements and maximize profit
•Escalate operational service problems to Branch manager.
•Provide shipping documents and information to suppliers.
•Follow up with customers to obtain complete and accurate documentation to meet with export regulations.
•Train and develop staff under control, allocate new accounts to individual team members.
•Communicate all customer specific SOPs to appropriate staff.
•Co-ordinate with Marketing & Sales to obtain ad hoc or sport quotation.
•Co-ordinate with overseas station to ensure smooth operation.
•Monitor subcontractors to ensure on-time pick up and customs formality for PA customs clearance shipments.
•Make shipment booking with ocean carrier and consolidator to ensure space availability to meet with committed service levels.
•Attend to all customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner with accurate information
•Handle customer complaints, incidents and irregularities.
•Perform additional duties as assigned such as subcontractor’s price and procuring competitive rate for subcontractor as per Sale department ‘s requirement.
•Create customer relation to gain more business opportunity
