acetylsalicylic acid and atorvastatin. The patient reported
a history of essential hypertension and hyperlipidaemia,
ischaemic disease of the lower extremities (femoropopliteal
bypass surgery) and ichaemic stroke with leftside
little brain symptoms in the year 2004, which resolved
completely. He underwent cholecystectomy, gastric resection
due to ulcers without any pathological findings on
recent gastrofibroscopy and he was post colonic polypectomy.
A transthoracic echocardiogram revealed no
regional wall motion abnormalities and the left ventricular
