Construct, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization and Business Partner.
Align the business objective with the manpower planning by determining manpower capacity and the appropriate strategies for recruitment.
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Sets up and utilize the social media recruitment/ communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions or key jobs in the organization.
Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
Correct and update job descriptions.
