We further validated the question by asking two operations managers, two consultants and an academician to complete the questionnaire. Based on their reactions and feedback, the questionnaire was revised and used for the survey. There were three sections in the questionnaire. The first section covered the company’s basic information such as company name, number of employees, turnover, respondent’s position, company’s business strategy, customer loyalty, and cost concerns. The second section was about the company’s acquaintances with the FQM system. The third section was used to extract information on perceived benefits and barriers of implementing FQM.
