3. Results and discussion
3.1. FT-IR spectrum
The FT-IR spectrum of sample (Fig. 1) exhibited the following absorption bands, which was assigned referring to literature
[21,22]. The band at 3415 cm_1 is the stretching mode of O–H. The bond at 3228 cm_1 assigned to the bending modes of N–H.
The bond at 1607 cm–1 might be the stretching vibration of NH3 group. The band at 1100 cm_1 is the bending of P–O. The bands
at 881 and 709 cm_1 might be the stretching vibrations of In–O– P. The bands at 549 and 474 cm–1 are assigned as the stretching modes of In–O.
