To deliver successful study tour programs for CETA’s annual target number of students under 18 years of age that achieves customer and stakeholder satisfaction targets by designing and developing flexible domestic and international study tour programs to meet the needs of different clients and to suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest
To explore and identify new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry
To lead students under 18 years of age on study tours to overseas countries whilst simultaneously searching new business partners and taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interests to customers
To provide useful and invaluable feedback and insights concerning the study tour delivery of services and team operations to the management team using a continuous improvement thinking approach to work.
