All you need to do is cut out a heart shape in white bread and crack an egg inside while frying. With just that you can give your whole family a smile in the morning! Try giving the egg different kinds of expressions. You can also add ham to the bottom of the bread for a delicious ham and egg twist.
*Recipe*
1. Cut out a heart shape from white bread. You should try to use thick slices of white bread (around 8cm) if avaliable
2. Toast the bread in an oven toaster (we grilled the bread for 2 minutes)
3. Add a little oil to a frying pan, add the toast without the middle and crack and egg inside.
4. Add 1 tbsp of water to the frying pan and cover with a lid; cook at medium heat for about 2 minutes
5. Plate and use seaweed or ketchup to decorate the egg. You can also add the heart you cut out from the middle.
