1. Mix diced chicken with butter chicken sauce and pizza sauce, seasoning with salt and black crushed pepper. Set aside for 20 mins.
1. In a stainless tray, toss cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and salt and pepper together. Bake 180°C for 10 minutes
1. Lightly spread 2 tablespoon of butter chicken sauce on the pizza base.
2. Arrange about 150 g of tikka chicken pieces evenly on the top of sauce.
3. Scatter about 50 g of whole roasted cherry tomatoes evenly on the pizza.
4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander and onion rings.
5. Top with 100g of grated mozzarella cheese
6. Lightly sprinkle with dried chilli flakes.
