r fur_el.sueter,
Thank you for emailing us! As per our advertised shipping policy I'm afraid we cannot mark our customs declarations as gift or alter the value declared (what is paid for the merchandise is what we have to declare, not the retail price). This is in accordance with Federal and International law. If we did alter the value or mark forms as gift, and the parcel was officially opened by either the foreign customs entity or one of our domestic postal inspectors, it could incriminate our business, and would be treated as Postal Fraud. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but one of the many reasons we've grown to be eBay's largest clothing retailer is our strict adherence to Federal and International laws and regulations.
Please let me know if I can assist you any further as your feedback matters. All of us here at BHFO appreciate your business.
Sincerely,
Jackie
